However, we understand that circumstances can arise that may warrant a refund. In such cases, we have a clear and fair refund policy in place to ensure that our students are satisfied with our services.<\/p>\n<h5>\u00a0<\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Eligibility for Refund<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>To be eligible for a refund, the student must request it within 30 days of the purchase date and must provide a valid reason for the refund request. Acceptable reasons for a refund include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical issues that prevent the student from accessing the course materials.<\/li>\n<li>Inadequate course content or instruction.<\/li>\n<li>Unsatisfactory customer support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>\u00a0<\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Refund Process<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>To initiate a refund, students must contact us via email at <a href=\"mailto:info@cem.lk\">info@cem.lk<\/a> with the following information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.<\/li>\n<li>The email address used to purchase the course.<\/li>\n<li>The order number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><br \/>Upon receipt of the refund request, our customer support team will review the information provided and make a determination on the eligibility for a refund. If a refund is approved, the student will receive the full purchase amount back to the original payment method within 10 business days.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>In the event that the student cancels their enrollment before the course has started, a full refund will be provided. However, once the course has started, no refunds will be provided.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that this refund policy is subject to change at any time.
